Returns, Exchange & Shipping

At LongBoost Performance Parts, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and services. Our returns policy is designed to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience with us.

  1. Manufacturer's Warranty
    All parts supplied by LongBoost Performance Parts are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. We do not offer any additional warranty or guarantee beyond what is provided by the manufacturer.

  2. Off-Road Use Only
    Please note that our products are intended for off-road use only. Any use of the products on public roads or highways is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences. By purchasing from us, you agree to use our products for off-road use only.

  3. No Returns on Order-In/Custom Products or Change of Mind
    We do not accept returns for order-in/custom products or for change of mind. Please ensure that you choose the correct product before placing your order.

  4. Returns Accepted in Some Circumstances
    We understand that there may be situations where you need to return a product. In such cases, we may accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • The product is in brand new, unopened condition.
  • The product is not a custom or order-in item.
  • The return is not due to a change of mind.

Please note that we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% for returns. This fee covers the cost of inspecting and repackaging the product and lost Fees.

  1. Professional Installation Required
    All parts must be installed by a professional mechanic. Improper installation may result in damage to the product or your vehicle and may void the manufacturer's warranty.

  2. Shipping and Insurance
    LongBoost Performance Parts takes great care when packing and dispatching your order. However, once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur during transit. We strongly recommend purchasing additional shipping protection at the cart stage of checkout to ensure your order is fully insured. If shipping protection is not purchased, LongBoost Performance Parts will not be held liable for any goods that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.

  1. COVID-19 Delays
    All though we hope the worst of the COVID-19 delays are over, there are some circumstances out of our control that are still causing issues. Due to some current COVID-19 restrictions worldwide, shipping times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these challenging times.

  2. Payment and Refunds
    By paying our invoice, you agree to our current terms and conditions. No refunds will be issued due to wait times caused by COVID-19 restrictions.

  3. Shipping and Handling Times
    We cannot always keep all products on shelf and at large Quantities, We reserve the right to process your order within an acceptable timeframe of "Generally" no more than 3 Business days, however logistics delays, product back orders and other delays can and will happen. Please confirm lead times if you're in a rush requiring something "Yesterday" We may refuse your order cancellation and refund if order has been fulfilled within and acceptable time period.

  4. "Free Shipping" discount code option shall include standard freight options only regardless of selection made at the checkout, if other options are selected under the "Free Freight" options it will be shipped on a standard/regular service only. Valid for Australian Customers only.
  5. Disclaimer for USA Customers
    As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. de minimis exemption has been suspended. This means all shipments to the United States may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and taxes, regardless of order value. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Please check with U.S. Customs and Border Protection for applicable rates and regulations before placing your order.

-International Shipping Policy

LongBoost Performance Parts ships worldwide from Australia. Please note the following important information regarding international orders:

-Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees:

All international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. LongBoost Performance Parts is not liable for any additional charges once the order has been shipped.

-Customs Clearance:

Customs policies vary widely between countries. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with their country’s import regulations prior to purchasing. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential fees or restrictions before placing your order.

-Refusal or Seizure of Goods:

If your order is refused, delayed, or destroyed by customs authorities due to unpaid import fees or non-compliance with import regulations, LongBoost Performance Parts will not issue refunds, replacements, or compensation under any circumstances.
