When installing a GM TH350 or TH400 transmission behind an LS series engine while using a curved flexplate you'll need this adapter spacer. The spacer will centre the nose of the converter to the curved Flexplate. For use on 1998-04 LS based engines using a TH350 or TH400 transmissions.
