Requires a high quality surface finish on both block and head. The better the finish the better the sealing. Consider using copper spray on the gasket surfaces only to help sealing or for resealing after head removal. 

This is considered as a motorsport level upgrade and should be performed by an experienced technician familiar with this sort of sealing system. Failure to spot small issues in the block or head surfaces, contamination from debris, over torquing, and other installation errors could causing sealing issues or premature head gasket failure.
