Plazmaman's 800hp intercooler kit is designed to suit the BA, and BF XR6 turbo models. This kit uses the 470x350x76mm Tube and Fin Intercooler, 4 inch intake with relocation of your battery and the cold side piping ONLY - (NO HOT SIDE PIPING - You can choose this additional option in check out if required).
The 800hp kit is designed as a "pro series" intercooler kit, which will support an easy 800hp. It is recommended for vehicles with the a little more than bolt on upgrades such as exhaust system, hard piping kit, fuel system upgrades, upgraded turbocharger, and upgraded fuel system. The 800hp kit eliminates the restrictive factory crossover piping, and is an extremely easy kit to fit.
Our hot side piping kit is not included in tthis kit, and the factory rubber hose is retained to the turbocharger. However, our aftermarket hot pipe is highly recommended. Not only does is work effectively with the intercooler kit, but it also allows for greater air flow, and it's aluminium construction won't collapse or flex under boost. The Intercooler & piping is available in raw, polished or stealth black finish. Silicone hoses are available in black. If you require blue silicone hoses please leave a note at checkout
