Plazmaman's Stage 2.5 Intercooler kit is designed to suit the BA, and BF XR6 turbo models. This kit is supplied with the 800hp version tube and fin 470x350x76mm intercooler, 70mm cold side piping, hot side piping, under head light cold air intake or 4 inch intake with dry cell battery and a Plazmaman intake plenum. This kit is the ideal kit to use when you are looking to get the most power out of your BA/BF, while still utilizing a factory low mount turbocharger position. There are turbochargers out there on the market that will assist in making over 450rwkw in the factory position, and this intercooler kit is the most effective way to cool that charged air.

Another feature of this kit is the Plazmaman intake plenum. This plenum bolts to the factory runners, and positions the throttle body towards the passenger side headlight to allow for shorter intercooler piping; not only does this look cleaner and neater, but it encourages much better turbo boost response. The upgrade plenum also provides an increase in volume over the factory unit, which is a huge advantage when a high flowed/larger turbocharger is being used.

Our hot side piping kit is also included in this kit, which eliminates the factory rubber hose that goes from the intercooler to the turbocharger. This means the car is hard piped from the throttle body, all the way to the turbocharger. Hard piping allows for greater air flow, and it's aluminium construction won't collapse or flex under boost like a factory rubber constructed hose.

The Intercooler is available in raw, polished or stealth black finish. Silicone hoses are and piping come in black, if you require blue silicone hose or raw piping please leave a note at checkout
