Plazmaman's Stage 3 intercooler kit is designed to suit the BA and BF XR6 Turbo/FPV F6 Typhoon & Tornado models with the standard Inlet manifold (Inlet manifold kits available - see other listings).
This kit comes complete with a huge 500x410x76mm lightweight tube and fin PRO series intercooler, 76mm cold side piping, hot side piping, and our under headlight cold air intake. This kit is the ideal kit to use when you are looking to get the most power out of your BA/BF, while still utilizing a factory low mount turbocharger position. There are turbochargers out there on the market that will assist in making over 450+rwkw in the factory position, and this intercooler kit is the most effective way to cool that charged air.
Our hot side piping kit is also included in this kit, which eliminates the factory rubber hose that goes from the intercooler to the turbocharger. This means the car is hard piped from the throttle body, all the way to the turbocharger. Hard piping allows for greater air flow, and it's aluminium construction won't collapse or flex under boost like a factory rubber constructed hose.
The Intercooler & piping is available in raw, polished or stealth black finish. Silicone hoses come in BLACK. If you would like blue please leave a note at checkout.
