Front Mount Intercooler Kit - Isuzu DMAX 2013 - 16

The Process West Front Mount Intercooler is engineered for Isuzu D-MAX owners who demand both performance and long-term durability. Built to OEM-level fitment standards and validated through industry-leading testing, this is a genuine fit-and-forget upgrade.

Compatible with all D-MAX models from 2013 onwards, including DPF variants.

Bar and plate core.
At the heart of the system is a 673 x 200 x 80mm bar and plate intercooler core — significantly larger than the factory unit in both cooling surface area and overall thickness. Bar and plate construction is chosen specifically for its superior heat dissipation and impact resistance, making it the most durable intercooler type available.

Simple installation.
The kit includes the intercooler core and a pair of replacement front silicone hoses — everything that sits behind the grille. Installation requires only grille removal, with the intercooler and piping bolting straight in.

Full silicone piping options.
For those looking to replace all factory hoses, optional Process West silicone piping kits are available for both DPF and non-DPF models. All piping features four-ply moulded silicone construction paired with high-durability constant tension hose clamps.
